Celtic Solutions founded by Jock Brannigan, was started to offer New Zealand industry a complete steeplejack and industrial abseiling service in line with the high safety and quality standards of Europe.

UK trained; Jock has ten years experience in the United Kingdom and Europe, working on a huge variety of projects from Historic Restoration to Nuclear Power Stations.

A highlight of his years in Europe was working at one of Europe's largest oil refineries (Shell Europoort Rotterdam Holland) a brick reline of a 150m chimney.

Jock worked for Pendrich Steeplejacks on high structures where he carried out structural inspections, concrete repairs, water blasting, painting, chimney demolition, chimney re-lines and lightning protection.
